Youth Early Season sailing session's run from January to March for the Junior Cadet, Cadet, Topper, Feva and 15+ group's. The time slot includes; rigging, a briefing, the on the water session, debrief and pack up. The sessions are led by the group leaders with parental support to ensure they run smoothly. All parents of sailors who sign up will be allocated a duty to carry out during the session.

The emphasis throughout is for kids to have fun on the water, engage with other children and make friends, as well as learn to sail and continue to improve their sailing skills. Our Early Season session's are for those keen sailors wanting to sail all year round are generally more focused on practising skills learnt in the appropriate RYA stage for the group and allowing sailors the extra time on the water to develop these skills ahead of summer sailing. Sessions are generally shorter than summer sailing due to the cold, and if weather does not permit then a session will be run on land

All sign ups need to be completed by the Wednesday prior to sailing at 18:00.
