Youth Winter Sailing

Youth Sailing Winter sailing session run from October to December for the Junior Cadet, Cadet, Topper, Feva and 15+ group's. The time slot includes; rigging, a briefing, the on the water session, debrief and pack up. The sessions are led by the group leaders with parental support to ensure they run smoothly. All parents of sailors who sign up will be allocated a duty to carry out during the session.

The emphasis throughout is for kids to have fun on the water, engage with other children and make friends, as well as learn to sail and continue to improve their sailing skills. Our winter sailing sessions are more focused and it is important that all sailors attend the briefing and debriefing.

All sign ups need to be completed by the Wednesday prior to sailing at 18:00.

Non-Members are welcome to attend 2 trial sessions at £10 per child. If you would like to find out more about youth sailing at HRSC, or have any questions please email cadets@hrsc.org.uk
