Youth Sailing Camp 2024

Sailing and Camp Night!

HRSC Youth Camp is back for 2024. We have been lucky enough to book an evening of camping at Netley Sailing Club on Saturday 13th July.

The plan is for the Sailors and their family's to meet at the HRSC Clubhouse for 12:00 with the aim to launch from Hamble at 13:00, sailing round to Netley Sailing Club. Children will be sailing round to Netley in groups supported by parents in the safety boats. All children taking part will need to be happy and confidant to sail. Parents will be able to drive around and have access to Netley Sailing Club, to set up camp in the afternoon so they are ready to help with beach duties when the sailors arrive.

In the evening we will be playing games and lighting a BBQ's to cook your own food.

The following morning the Sailors will need to leave Netley around 10am, leaving the parents to pack away the tents and tidy up. We will see you back round in the Hamble for beach duties as we arrive, to support sailors to bring their boats ashore.

Price for Camping is £15 per adult and £10 per child. All children must have an adult camping overnight with them. We can only have tents, no caravans or motorhomes.

Space is limited to 60 people (or 30 children sailing - which ever is reached first) and priority booking being given to HRSC family members
