Club talk - All ashore that's going ashore!

Join fellow member Katie Vigar for a talk about growing up on the River Hamble in the 50's. The talk is titled 'All ashore that's going ashore'

This is a a true story starting in the early fifties, related through the view of an 8 year girl, living with her family on various boats on the Hamble river. This was in the time before fibre glass boats and marinas had been invented. I will start by showing some photos of how Hamble looked at that time followed by the story, then photos relating to the life style and the various boats.
