Cadet Friday Night Sailing

Friday youth racing is for all sailors under the age of 18, who hold at least RYA stage 3.

The Friday night sessions are run jointly with the youth sections at Warsash Sailing club and the Royal Southern Yacht Club and are open to all River Hamble based juniors in Optimist's, Tera's, Topper's and Feva's.

Racing is held at cat head with the first start being at 18:00. The aim is to run 2/3 short races.

Boat will need to be rigged from 17:00 with launching from HRSC taking place at 17:30. HRSC club boats are only available to members and will be allocated through the sign-up form. HRSC parents are asked to volunteer to support with rescue cover and the occasional committee boat duty.

After racing we aim to open up the club bar for all HRSC sailors to come back to and catch up with friends.
