Hamble River Sailing Club offers a wide range of sailing activities: Wednesday evening racing, Foxer Sailing, MoB & WoWs, The Garmin Hamble Winter Series, Big Wednesday, The Warming Pan and many more.... please see the calendar for more information.

We are currently preparing for what may become the busiest summer ever for the club! As well as our children's sailing courses, we are very excited to announce that we will be a Sports Delivery Partner for two of Eastleigh Borough Council's summer initiatives – Summer of Sport and Park Sport.

Sailing has often been seen as an elitist or expensive sport, but here at HRSC we like to keep it as accessible as possible for all. For cadets enrolling onto one of HRSC's courses we offer savings on sailing with subsidies from the Flagstaff Trust. The Flagstaff Trust for Young Sailors was established in 1999 by Liz and Humph Jowett, and aims to help youngsters get involved in all types of sailing by offering a 30% subsidy on RYA training courses. The Subsidy is available to all under 18s living within 50 miles of Hamble River Sailing Club making sailing more affordable than ever to the youth of Southampton.

We run a number of courses over the summer holidays for children and these are open to all ability levels, ages 6-16. Our Cadet section is tailored to those under 18, which provides regular sailing using club boats. Additional activities include opportunities to race against other cadet fleets from nearby Sailing Clubs, Camp weekends, picnics and much more!

With regular socials, free use of club & boats during events and memberships fees from as little as £25 during Summer Madness Month! Why not join our friendly, welcoming club, with a thriving social scene from a diverse background, our clubhouse is open to all (even dogs!).
