Cadet Camp 11th July 2022

A busy weekend for our Youth sailors as they rigged the boats and packed the cars for the 2022 HRSC Cadet camp. The sailors set off out the river on Saturday afternoon heading to Netley. With a gentle breeze from the west it took just under 2 hours to make it where they where greated by waiting parents who had already set up camp for the night.
A communal BBQ, marshmallow toasting and games on the beach kept everyone happy as the sun set and sailors made there way to the tents.
With an early morning start on Sunday to catch the tide the sailors (still slightly sleepy) headed back round to HRSC to pack boats away and have an ice cream before heading home.
