A Big Congratulations to HRSC's Youth Sailor, Phileas Rousselle

Youth Sailor, Phileas Rousselle spent last week at the ITCA (international topper class association) nationals in Weymouth. After a long week with 19 races over the 6 days and plenty of wind, Phileas battled it out to secure 2nd overall in the 4.2 Fleet. Phileas was also the 1st 4.2 sailor in the Southern region and managed to secure a bullet (race win) every day of the regatta. Phileas has worked incredibly hard over the past year taking part in the Saturday and Wednesday training sessions at the club. Some amazing results from Phileas and a great job representing the club on a national level.

We wish Phileas the best of luck as he moves into the Topper 5.3 fleet, and look forward to some of our other topper sailors following in his footsteps at the Southern region events later this year. Our topper sailors will be back out training on Wednesday evening.
