DESCRIPTION:Wednesday evening youth sailing is a chance for members to 
 spend more focused time on the water, improve sailing confidence and co
 mpetence.Session format is; 18:00 - Meet and Rig, 18:30 - Group Briefin
 g and Launch, 20:30 - Derig and Debrief. Sessions will be available for
  3 of the youth groups:Topper - Topper race training to support develop
 ment of skills enabling our sailors to attend local traveller and natio
 nal events.Feva - Feva training to develop double handed sailing and ra
 cing skills, including spinnakers. 15+ - Working on higher level/seaman
 ship style skills with the aim to progress towards instructor qualifica
 tions.Groups require a minimum of 4 sailors to run, with at parent volu
 nteer safety boat helm and crew fore each group,   Booking will close t
 he Monday before the session at 18:00.
