Youth (Members) - SUP Course

The Youth SUP Course is only available to HRSC members. It is a youth only course and should only be booked on to by those that want to learn the basics of SUP and have some serious fun on the water!!
Techniques covered on the course include;
Introduction to the kit
Safety
Self rescue
Turning
Standing
Falling off - and getting back on
Paddle technique
Lots of falling of
And did we say FUN!!
