Stand Up Paddleboarding Level 1 is aimed at anyone that wishes to hire a club board, or wishes to understand the basics of SUP.
Techniques covered on the course include;
Introduction to the kit
Safety
Self rescue
Turning
Standing
Falling off - and getting back on
