The RYA Start Sailing Level 1 course is a fun and enjoyable introduction to the sport that gives you the knowledge and skills to rig, launch, recover and sail under instruction. By the end of the course the candidate will be able to steer,tack, control boat speed and understand the basic principles of sailing.
