Powerboat Level 2 is a RYA national qualification, the course covers the National Powerboat Certificate and fulfils the minimum requirements for the MCA ICC (International Certificate of Competence). You'll learn the basics of boat handling, launch and recovery procedure, buoyage, rules of the road, meteorology and best practice.
