Setting out the foundations of sailing for you

- Course duration: 5 days (1 week)
- Requirements: No previous experience necessary
- Course content: Rigging, launching, sailing in all directions. Capsize recovery, safety knowledge, Basic theory (sailing, wind & tide)
Ability after course: you will be able to sail and make informed decisions in good conditions.
