The Youth powerboat level 1 course introduces youngsters to basic slow speed handling techniques, that are vital to master before progressing to faster planing speeds. Upon successful completion of this course participants will be able to skipper a boat at non-planing speeds, holding off, picking up a man over board, pick up a mooring buoy, come alongisde.
