SUP Yoga
Why should you try SUP Yoga? It's fun! It adds a new dimension to your yoga practice.. or to your paddle-board experience if you're a SUP-er. Practicing yoga on an unstable platform can also help improve your balance, strength and proprioception.
Will I get wet? Possibly. If you're really worried, you can wear a wetsuit if you have one.
Is it safe? Yes! We do require that you're confident that you can swim at lest 50 metres in light clothing. You'll be on an inflatable SUP board that is super-buoyant, so if you do fall in, you can just grab hold of that. We're also there to help in the unlikely event of a splash too. If you are super worried we will have buoyancy aids available for you to use at the club (no extra charge)
